A&L Auctions Canada makes every effort to ensure our products are in perfect condition unless otherwise noted at time of purchase/auction.  If, however, you discover that a product you purchased has a missing piece or functionality concern, you can return the product to A&L Auctions Canada within 1 week for replacement (if possible), credit, or full refund.
